Red Bank Sharpening and the rbsharp business management app.

Updated September 24, 2026

Information you provide

When you request sharpening, we receive the contact details, service address, item information, availability, messages, and photos you choose to provide. We use this information to answer you, arrange and perform your service, plan travel, and maintain business records. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.

Services that help us operate

Our online booking forms use Web3Forms to deliver requests. We use Google email and calendar services for correspondence and appointments. Route planning may send service addresses to Google Maps. Private operating updates may be delivered to Anthony through Telegram. OpenAI tools may help organize requests and prepare responses. These providers process information as needed for their services under their own policies.

Advertising and the rbsharp app

The rbsharp app is used by Red Bank Sharpening to manage its own Facebook and Instagram advertising through Meta. It uses authorized access to our business Page and ad account, campaign settings, advertising images, and advertising performance information. Customers do not need to sign in to this app or connect their Facebook account to book sharpening.

Our website includes the Meta Pixel on service and booking pages. It can send Meta information about page visits and website activity, together with browser or device identifiers and connection information. This helps measure advertising and understand website visits. Meta may associate that activity with a Meta account under its policies. Browser privacy settings and content blocking tools can limit tracking; Meta provides advertising preferences in its account settings.

Access and retention

Customer booking records, contact details, and routes are kept in private operating systems and are not published on this website. Access is used for operating the business and its connected services. We retain information needed to handle requests, provide service, resolve questions, and maintain necessary business records. Connected providers may retain their own service records under their policies.

Questions, corrections, or deletion

Email Anthony to ask what customer or app-related information we hold about you, correct it, or request its deletion. Use the subject “Privacy request” and include enough information to identify your request. We may need to confirm your identity. We will review the request and explain if records need to be retained for an outstanding service or another applicable obligation. You can also ask us to stop nonessential follow-up messages.
